Terms & Conditions — h9hp Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the h9hp platform is strictly restricted. By registering an account or placing any wager on h9hp, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times during your use of the platform.

To be eligible to use h9hp, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of h9hp, or an immediate family member of any such individual.
• Hold a valid Pakistani CNIC or equivalent internationally recognised identity document for verification purposes.
• Not have previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the h9hp platform for any reason.
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

h9hp reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including CNIC copies, proof of address, and payment method confirmation — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide such documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the h9hp platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and linked payment PIN.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised such activity.
• Notifying h9hp immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your registered contact number and email address current so that h9hp can communicate with you effectively.

All transactions on h9hp are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). h9hp supports deposits and withdrawals via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location, account verification status, and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits: Funds deposited via EasyPaisa or JazzCash are credited to your h9hp PKR wallet within 60 seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to clear. h9hp does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of h9hp.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by h9hp within one (1) business day during PKT operating hours (8 AM – 2 AM PKT). h9hp applies a strict same-name policy: withdrawal payments will only be issued to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified h9hp account. h9hp reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500.
• Maximum single withdrawal: subject to your account verification tier and applicable limits published in the h9hp Help Centre.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds require satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements before they can be processed.
• h9hp reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
• Chargebacks, reversals, or fraudulent deposit claims will result in immediate account suspension and legal referral.

All bets placed on the h9hp sportsbook and casino are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category, as published in the h9hp Rules section of the platform. The following general provisions apply across all h9hp betting products.

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when the user receives a written confirmation reference within the h9hp platform interface.
• h9hp reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• In the event of a technical error or manifestly incorrect odds, h9hp reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to users' wallets.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to a brief delay for odds verification. Bets placed during this window may be accepted or declined at h9hp's discretion.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, Pakistan international matches, and ICC tournaments — h9hp's cricket-specific rules (covering rain interruptions, match abandonment, and DLS method outcomes) shall govern settlement.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) and are final once the game round is completed.
• Using automated betting software, bots, arbitrage systems, or any form of prohibited betting strategy constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

h9hp offers various promotional bonuses to registered users, including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the PSL season. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of offer, as well as the following general bonus conditions.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balances and must be wagered according to the applicable wagering requirement (typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount) before withdrawal.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the individual promotion terms. Certain high-RTP games or live casino titles may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• h9hp reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to user accounts.
• Bonus abuse — including collusive play, multi-accounting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers — will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, and potential account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering completion process.

h9hp is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire platform. We believe that gaming should remain an entertaining activity and we take our duty of care toward our users seriously. The following tools and policies are available to all h9hp users.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users can configure automatic notifications to alert them after a defined period of continuous gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may apply for a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion from the h9hp platform. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. During any exclusion period, h9hp will not send promotional communications to the affected user.
• Reality Check: A configurable in-session display showing elapsed time and net wagering balance for the current session.
• Account Closure: Users may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting h9hp support at [email protected].

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h9hp platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Creating or operating multiple h9hp accounts for any purpose, including bonus harvesting.
• Using the h9hp platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or circumvent financial regulations.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the h9hp platform's technical infrastructure.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sportsbook markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on h9hp.
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other tools to misrepresent your geographic location or bypass h9hp's access controls.
• Providing false or misleading information at any point during the registration or verification process.
• Allowing or facilitating underage individuals to access or use your h9hp account.

All content on the h9hp platform — including but not limited to the h9hp brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, imagery, odds data, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of h9hp or its duly licensed third-party content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as transferring any intellectual property rights to the User.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the h9hp platform solely for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or modification of any h9hp content without prior written consent from h9hp's authorised representatives.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h9hp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the h9hp platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

• h9hp does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.
• h9hp is not liable for any losses arising from network outages, payment provider downtime (including EasyPaisa or JazzCash service interruptions), or force majeure events.
• h9hp's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• h9hp makes no representations regarding the tax treatment of winnings in the User's jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on gambling winnings.

h9hp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice where h9hp has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.

Upon account termination, any real-money balance remaining in the User's PKR wallet (net of any Bonus Funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding identity verification or AML review requirements.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the terms of h9hp's operating licence. In the event of a dispute between h9hp and a User, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through h9hp's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a competent court.

h9hp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, h9hp will provide registered users with at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the registered email address or an in-platform notification banner. Your continued use of the h9hp platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The version number and last-updated date displayed at the top of this document reflect the current version in effect. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
